Campus Co-Operative is a non-profit, student led housing co-op located in the U of T area. As a student-led organization, we consider it our mandate to provide our members with more than just affordable housing, we want to provide our members with the experience of living and working in a co-operative community.

Campus Co-Op is a housing cooperative with over 30 houses in the heart of downtown Toronto. While we normally provide rooms only to students, in the summer time, we open our doors to students and non-students of all types. We offer a great lifestyle in the trendy Annex neighborhood of downtown Toronto, with cheap rates, lots of amenities, and a fun social environment.
